A: Typically no and you would have to do a custom add on through Dell's website, you however can get an adapter off Amazon for pretty cheap ($10 US) that will do the trick for either displayport to VGA, HDMI to VGA, or USB to VGA
A: You technically could game on this in a very VERY limited capacity. The hardware is worth while but you have no GPU and would be reliant with the on board graphics through the CPU/MoBo. I would say if you're looking for something like this the CPU and the SSD (because it should be m.2 based on form factor) it's really not worth the price. You can get newer for same cost as far as those 2 parts go. Building a machine would be a better decision if that is your concern, which go to pcpartpicker.com and use either Linus Tech Tips, BitWit, or JayZTwocents for a good idea on building a budget gaming rig. The machines through best buy and Dell have to cut corners on certain areas to maximize profits, plus you'll over spend vs buying through ibuypower or something along those lines (However be aware of their Powersupplies and standard SSD's as they both have severe failure rates)
A: because it's cheaper. Wireless may have a faster speed in some cases, but you will suffer from latency and packet loss so there are going to be times that it's just not worth it. If you can always do wired connection, if you have to do wifi get something more recent. They're cheap and you can get them from a list of vendors like amazon or wal mart for a fraction of what you would pay at best buy
A: The CPU is what will be reliant upon and yes it can. I deploy these versions of optiplex's to clients frequently. For basic office use or minimal function (Watching youtube/netflix/hulu, data entry, etc) these will work just fine. The older CPU does mean you need to update the firmware as it will have the spectre/meltdown intel vulnerability. Also be sure to check for drivers with your USB to VGA adapter as some only work in 2.0 slots and others are heavily reliant on 3.0 slots.
A: Hello Joey! This has one HDMI, so you can use that for one of your monitors. For the second, you will need an HDMI to USB or HDMI to DisplayPort adapter. I recommend reaching out to Best Buy Customer Care directly for information about returning this item.
