DigiPower - Travel Charger

I was looking for something simple like what came with the camera. I did not need a digital display of the battery charging. The digital display & extra USB outlet; increased the price. But there were no other choices.

This was my gift to someone else..after they kept using mine I got them their own :) I like the universal one that charges several brands of batteries. This Nikon one does a good job in a short amount of time and has a display so you know where you are in the charging cycle.

This charger is a fast and efficient hard charger. It's design eliiminates the need for a charging cord. The electrical prongs fold into the charger making it easy to pack and eliminating tangles when it's unpacked. It holds a spare battery securely even when not charging.

Took the wrong cable on a trip and Nikon sureshot requires a cable for charging you can only get from Nikon.. Best Buy had a battery charger that was easy to use and faster than the comparable Nikon charger.

This product is easy to use. Plug in the wall socket or use a USB cable to your computer. No cord to wind up just fold the wall plug back into the unit and stick in your travel luggage or laptop case. Charges battery quickly. Would recommend.

I go this charger because I had lost mine and was getting ready to go to Rome and needed a European conversion charger as well. This charger functioned exactly what it was needed for, but I will say one thing make sure when you insert your battery that the light on the charger progressively has the battery lights blinking to make a full battery. If you put your battery in and it stays blank after inserting it then you placed your battery in the wrong way. It's supposed to be loose depending on the size of your battery because it works as a converter for multiple batteries (I have a Nikon SLR so made sense why my battery was a little smaller than the insert slot).

This is a great charger! I lost the one that came with my camera so I picked this one up (and it was on sale!). It is simple to use and is nice and compact for travel. The charger that came with my camera had two components, which included a cord (a hassle). This is actually a lot better (no cords)!! It would have gotten an "excellent" if it included some kind of indicator that your batter is "no good". I had an old battery that would not charge and I didn't know why. I had to take it somewhere to be tested and it turns out it had no "juice". I had to buy a new battery, and my new charger worked perfectly with it!

This product worked great for traveling. I was much easier to use then the charger that came with the camera as I have to plug in the entire camera. Quick and easy way to charge my extra battery.
