Q: Does it have a range of 3.1 miles
A: Range is dependent on the amount or lack thereof of any local interference. I suggest the inexpensive parabolic range reflectors they do work and they do help in extending your overall range. Open areas obviously give you the best range while a rural environment will have you competing with local WiFi, trees in the area, buildings Etc.
Q: Can this drone fly when temperature is below freezing ( 32° F)?
A: The drone itself will function but battery life and flight time will suffer greatly. Recommend keeping batts is warm car/bag/pocket etc until just before flight. Battery warmers are also an option as is keeping them on passenger floorboard with heat running. Be safe...
