Q: What's the manufacturer's contact info?
A: The other answer with the email address in here is a scam. I tried to email them at that email and theysaid they would replace my air fryer but I had to pay for shipping. I asked how to pay for shipping and they told by PayPal and gave me some random yahoo email for the account. Thought it was kinda weird so I asked for a customer service number. The number they gave me was a NY number not an 800 number or anything like that. So I called a day later and it was some random guy.
Q: i received mine in the mail and it wont turn on...any trouble shooting tips?
A: Return it to best buy. I bought one and I only used it less than 20 times over the course of eight months before it died. I specifically came to the best buy website to leave a negative review as you can't get in touch with the manufacturer.
