Q: Will it drop down the stairs? Or will it detect a drop?
A: Yes it will drop off stairs. You will need to put the magnet strip that is included with the vac down or use a 1x2 piece of lumber To create the barrier
A: It actually cleans carpets better than hardwoods.
Q: will this pick up animal hair off the floor ?
A: We purchased the vacuum to pick up hair from our two cats. It does a good job of that. When we first got it, I had it vacuum our main rooms, then used a Dyson vacuum on the same floor to see how well it did. The Dyson only found a small fraction of what the robot captured, so we are happy with it.
Q: How does the 35C model compare with the 30C Max model?
A: RoboVac 35C has the boundary strip funtion and 1500Pa suction power; RoboVac 30C Max is with 2000Pa suction power
Q: Will this work without wifi?
A: I could never get my RoboVac to work with my Wifi. I eventually just gave up and used the remote control instead of the phone app.
Q: What is the difference of Eufy 30C and 35C
A: The function is the same, they have the same suction fan- Max. 1500Pa. Both support wifi and virtual wall function. There is only a little difference between these two products. The panel of 30C is glass, and the button on the vacuum is the Mechanical button. For 35C, the panel is plastic and the button is touch buttion. A: Yes, normally this tiem can work on tiles with slight separators. It can be used on low- to medium-pile carpets, tile, laminate, and hardwood floors.
