Great camera for a beginner
Always wanted a FLIR camera, but they were always too much for occasional use. When I saw this one for $250 I had to get it. Only one in the store. The resolution isn't the best, but for checking for hot or cold spots in your home it's great. Haven't tried ghost hunting with it yet - haha! Not necessarily something you'll use everyday, but handy when you need it. Haven't managed to run the battery down yet after the first charge, but it did need to be charged for a bit after opening it - was pretty dead out of the box. Couldn't just plug and go right after taking it out of the box.

Great device
Working in insurance this device helps my estimators find moisture better than some of the bigger equipment I've given them in the past.
