A: Very quiet. Shelves are not adjustable. Very adequate however. Plenty of room.
A: We purchased this refrigerator as an extra one for our finished basement. It has much more room than we expected. No draws but plenty of shelf space (3) plus shelves in the door. Plenty of room for special occasions like Thanksgiving, Christmas, holidays were you have several guests. I would not consider his refrigerator as my primary one. It is simple, plain and quiet but does the job we intended it to do.
