Q: Can cooking/baking be done without using the convection feature?
A: Yes. I started using the "bake" feature on Thanksgiving Day, the day after installation, and haven't even used convection yet.

A: Yes -- there are independent bake-time timers for each oven. We've set each oven to different baking times and also had them start at different times (using the delayed start feature). It really worked well for that. The timed-bake timers can only set to the minute, but once they start timing and counting down, they do show seconds. There is also a separate clock timer that does not control the oven bake time -- it's just if you want to time something (and not have time-bake on) -- there is only one of those, and it also sets only to the minute but it shows seconds as it counts down.
Q: How long is the factory warranty on this oven?
