We purchased this GPS unit for mounting on our bike. The unit is perfectly sized to be able to easily see it during rides, but not too bulky to have mounted on your handle bars. We tend to use it solely to show stats, etc. while riding and then upload the ride to Stava, etc. afterwards. Great basic GPS unit.

This is my first Garmin and I do like it now that I've been using it for a while, but when I first got it I was not impressed. The interface is not intuitive and navigating through the screens seems slow. Still do not understand how to follow a course, or understand how to use the virtual rider. Really like the LiveTrack option which emails your loved ones a link so they can see where you are. Overall I would recommend it, but spend some time reading the manual or you will get frustrated.
