Q: Since there is no agitator... What is an Infusor ? How does that work?
A: The bottom and sides turn different directions - The unit is great except for one downfall, and I will not purchase this product again, 95% of the time the unit will get out of balance, and to correct the problem one must remove all of the wet cloths from the washer and replace them in the tub evenly to get the last spin to work. The unit is 100% waste of money for this reason. I recommend never to purchase this unit, you will regret it. Wish I could return my unit.
Q: Does this model have the agitator?
A: Hello 4leggersmom. This washer model does not have an agitator. It has an infusor. Thanks for checking. Olga
Q: What size comforter will fit in this?
A: I washed my California king
A: Hi Historian, thanks so much for your question! We'd be happy to help with this! We found the following information on page 5 of your Owner's Manual. It deals with the automatic draining sequence which you can read here: -The washer will automatically drain any time the lid is left open for more than 15 minutes and water is present. -The washer will automatically drain if left in a paused state with the lid closed for more than 24 hours and water is present. -The washer will automatically drain after dispensing water in Water Station mode after the cycle knob has been turned to another cycle. - There is also an Auto Soak feature that you can use. This option begins with a brief agitation, soaks for a specified period of time, then moves through the rest of the cycle automatically. Repeated pressing of the Soak button will scroll through 15 minute, 30 minute, 1 hour and 2 hour selections and then return back to 0 soak minutes. We hope that this helps! Stay safe. -Michael@GEA
Q: Is an infusor and impeller the same?
A: Hello Jessie - Thank you for the is excellent questions. We are happy to provide more information about this stellar washer. Yes, in washer terminology, an infusor and impeller are the same type of system. The infusor replaces the old fashioned agitator to properly clean your laundry. Let us know if you have any more questions! - JB
A: I love this washer. It really does clean clothes and the spin cycle removes most of the water which will help when drying.
