Q: Does this model have a removable filter in the front? And is it a flat back model
A: Yes. The filter is in the bottom front when you open the door. And yes, it is a flat back.
Q: Does this dryer have a side vent?
A: It can be adapted for a side vent. Either the left or right side panel can be punched out. Then with a few standard dryer vent parts (right angle, extension, aluminum vent tape) and time, you can remove and change the exhaust. Instructions are in the installation manual.
Q: After conversion to side venting can the back of the unit be flush against the wall?
A: Hello, thank you for your question and your interest in this gorgeous dryer! This dryer can be flush against the wall regardless of if it's vented through the side or not. We do, however, recommend that there is 1" of space from the top of the unit to any other surfaces to allow for proper air flow. If you would like to read more about this, we recommend you check out the installation instructions on our website. We hope this helps! -Chris@GEA
A: Good day, Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out! Yes, the door on this dryer is reversible. You can view instructions on reversing the door on page 7 of the manual. https://files.bbystatic.com/gfZEAlGNAtzOq0cYNJ8qwA%3D%3D/Operating%2BInstructions. Let us know if you have any other questions. All the best! Mike@GEA
Q: Is the damp dry like a steam setting or sanitize setting you see on other dryers?
A: Hi there - Great question! The Damp Dry cycle leaves clothes with 17% moisture content (damp to the touch). The Stem Refresh setting, found on certain dryer models, is used to reduce wrinkles. The Sanitize setting, on certain models, uses high heat during a portion of the drying cycle to reduce certain types of bacteria. We hope this helps. Best wishes! -Mikayla@GEA
