Q: is this dryer run on or propane ?

A: Sorry it does not.

Q: who do I call?

A: Try checking your vent hose. It may be clogged. Towels hold extra moisture compared to other articles by design. Therefore, the long cycle will not make much difference if the moisture has no escape route through your vent hose.
