Q: Is this for new customers only?
A: I've been with Verizon since 1999. Much cheaper to buy through Best Buy than Verizon...
A: I was able to transfer all my information by connecting my old phone to my new phone with a USB C cable.
Q: Can this phone be used as a hotspot?
A: Hi ComputerWolf, Yes, the Pixel 3a and 3a XL can make wireless hotspots.
Q: Does Verizon add a monthly fee when you purchase a phone from Best Buy?
A: Nothing more than you'd pay if you bought the phone directly from Verizon. I bought my phone outright from Best Buy and only had to pay a $40 activation fee from Verizon. My monthly bill didn't change.
Q: Can this phone be activated and used with a straight talk card?
A: No, This cannot be used a straight talk card.
A: I did have a fee....since I am a Verizon user, the fees may be different for someone who is not. Give them a call...they will clarify
