A: Yes sir! The mounting system is the same as it has always been, brotha. You’re good on the Hero 6
Q: Will this work with gopro hero 8?
A: Yes. The HERO8 Black uses our standard connection system, so it will work with nearly all GoPro mounts.
Q: Can you have a gopro in a protective case on this?
A: Yes, GoPro cameras in protective housings will still work with this mount.
Q: can this be mounted to a boat and is this the one you would reccomend for that purpose?
A: Its a standard sticky mount with more clearance to allow for the GoPro to fold back further than normal. You could technically stick it anywhere. So I guess it depends on what part of the boat your sticking it to. If your trying to stick a GoPro right to the hull I imagine this would be a good choice. You might want to think of a floating orange case also in case it falls off you'll be able to retrieve it.
Q: how does this stick to the helmet?
A: It sticks to helmets well, I have thus on both my full face and half shell helmet and no issues (downhill mountain bike)
Q: Will this work with go pro hero 2
A: Yes, the HERO2 uses our standard mounting fingers, so it will connect to this mount.
Q: Does it come with the GoPro?
A: Why wouldn't a $29.99 mounting kit include the $600 camera?
