Ultra Disappointment
While it had an excellent picture and features I had to return it for several reasons: 1 - Right out of the box It either had dead pixels or something stuck inside the lens assembly that was clearly visible in every scene where there was anything but black. Unacceptable. 2 - eArc stopped working after 2 days and would not function at any setting I tried and I tried them all about 700 times. Image watching a movie on a 10 foot screen and listening to it through a 6 inch speaker... 3 - When connected to 2 different BluRay players the picture would glitch and go black for several seconds for absolutely no reason. This would happen about every 3 to 5 minutes no matter what setting I used and I tried all of them more than once. Given these major issues for a brand new $2500 projector, I had no choice but to return it as defective. The staff member who processed my return asked me if I wanted a replacement. My response was a firm NO. If a unit with multiple issues somehow passed their quality control, I don't feel confident enough to try another. Extremely disappointed!

C2 ultra is impressive
I’ve had this unit for a month now and so far no complaints other than a minor sound issue. Hopefully continued excellent picture, clarity and usability. I was in search of a budget friendly 4k projector for months to upgrade from my lg mini beam I was between this one the xgimi and one other. The $500 off sale price on the c2 ultra and Best Buy offering 24 months sold me on this unit and so far has not disappointed. The built in AppStore is nice but I’m running a firestick and surround off an hdmi with a splitter and is doing great. Movies and sports both awesome not much of a gamer so haven’t tried that but streaming movies are impressive and immersive and live sports on 150” screen with full surround I have no need to ever leave my basement set up on gameday or movie night.

Very Nice Projector--Worth Every Penny!
This is an excellent projector. We are using it on a screen that we have mounted within our covered deck, and the picture quality is superior. Even with sunlight, the picture is clear, and the colors are vibrant. I love the auto focus feature on this projector, too! The projector is lightweight and comes with a very nice bag to store when not in use. I highly recommend purchasing this projector.
