Q: Why some pictures are not shown, instead 'no support' is displayed
A: I think maybe it's that some images were thrown in the trash on the computer from the memory stick but not deleted from the trash so they still semi show from the memory stick. A random guess might be, are the photos edited and/or in a different format(JPEG,gif,..,)?
Q: Is the frame battery rechargeable.Do i have to always use the power cord?
A: Power cord. No battery / rechargeable.

Q: Can you delete a photo from the SD card via the frame, or do you have to use a computer?
A: I don't think you can delete pictures through the frame. You have to take the SD out and delete it through your computer. But the placement of the SD card makes removing and placing it back in so easy. You can also load pictures throgh a USB port on the frame itself.
A: Yes and the frustrating part is that they go wider rather than much smaller. The photos get blown up and cut out a lot. I haven't found a way to adjust that as an option.
Q: Is there a way to put the frame on the refrigerator door?
A: The only mounting option available for this photo frame is two screw holes located on the back that are generally used for wall-mounting.
Q: Does this product have optional timing on how long each photo is displayed?
A: Yes, this is one area where there are a lot of options.
