Q: Does this computer come with Windows? And will it be an new version
A: I'm going to buy this tomorrow. I noticed the description below says it comes with Windows 10. It doesn't specify what level of Windows but you could always upgrade if necessary.

A: This system is all that you need. The fan is not annoying to me.

A: Yes, it works with an active stylus.
A: Have you tried the camera shutter buttons?
A: From what I've seen, the fan is not particularly loud. And it does not run Windows in S mode. It has Windows 10 home.

A: I am a student as well, and that is the primary reason that I bought this laptop. It’s a beautiful laptop, but no I would not recommend it. You seem like you’ll be using it for multitasking like I was. The sound of whatever video or music you’re playing in the background will lag and glitch while you’re typing and taking notes. I tried to contact HP about this and after we did everything possible to fix it, the problem persisted. I think there’s just something wrong in this model.
