I really like this laptop overall. It is like a hybrid of a tablet and a laptop. You can use it just like a laptop or you can use it like a tablet with the easy touch screen and apps. Since I also use an iPad, I find this EXTREMELY beneficial and do end up using both options.
I would recommend this computer! My only issue is getting accustomed to Windows 8. It's taking some time. I also am a little disappointed how quickly the battery drains.

Bought online and had it delivered. The laptop arrived promptly and was well packaged. Love the touchscreen and Windows 8.1 -- for the price you can't beat it. It is missing a screw in the case which does not affect performance but sometimes makes a concerning pop when opening the screen. I plan to contact support for that soon but otherwise I couldn't be happier with this laptop.

I like this laptop a lot but I only gave it 3 stars because the battery life is on the shorter side and it takes a long time to charge. It is fairly slow to load when booting up, and it is heavy. However, the screen resolution and color are nice, it has plenty of space and I love the touchscreen!

Looking for a 15 inch touchscreen under $400? This was only $300. I'm ripping CDs in iTunes, surfing the internet, reading email and no issues, It comes completely set up with lots of nice apps and active tiles. I reinstalled windows 8 Enterprise, and it kept all the windows store apps and the home screen. I installed office 2013 and it runs fine.

I wasn't too sure about getting a refurbished laptop, but I've had no issues after a month of lite use. Windows 8 has been the biggest issue and I can't really fault the computer on that. I've tried to run some programs and access some work sites that just don't work with Win 8 and IE 11. Overall this has been a great purchase

This was bought as a starter laptop for my 14 year old so I wanted something that was versatile and fun...I definitely hit the mark! Being an IT, I knew what I wanted but didn't think I could afford it. Well, Best Buy pulled through and now I have a son that always smiles and does his homework/plays games on his own laptop. Now I want one!

I love the big 15.6" touchscreen. The computer is fast and has a clear picture. It was a great price and quick delivery.
A:AnswerHP products, that are factory refurbished, are tested by HP to meet the standards of a new product. New products that are returned to HP have the option of being refurbished. The customer may have returned the product due to malfunction, damage, change of mind, or purchase of the wrong product. Even if nothing is wrong with the product, it cannot be resold as a new product.
Some HP refurbished products may or may not have small, slight blemishes or dents. These would not be severe, but barely noticeable, if at all. Refurbished products ship with the same items shipped with the original product, and may include either the standard HP warranty, limited warranty, or no warranty.
