A: HP failed to put cartridges in the 1st batch of m402's. They've solver that problem since. I'm not sure they ever came with USB cables. Good news is they do include a power cable ;)
Q: What color is this printer?
A: White or eggshell white
A: This model has automatic duplexing so it can print both sides at once time. As for other print options, it varies based on the program you are using.
Q: Does this printer have 2 paper trays--one for letter size and one for legal size?
A: No. One tray does both then there is a top feed than can do legal, letter, labels, etc but there is o ly one paper drawer
Q: Does this unit have a document feeder?
A: Yes. There is a paper drawer feeder and also a top feeder for any size or labels
Q: Does this printer work with windows 10?
A: YUP. That is why I bought it.
Q: Can this printer print businesse size envelopes directly from a letter or even seperate entry.
A: Yes, the printer tray #1 is specifically made for that. If you use Word, it has a Mailing tab for that purpose. Just make sure you use Tray No. 1

Fast, good quality, best cost to print B/W
The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is that the printer is not wireless, needs to be connected to LAN via ethernet cable, otherwise I love this printer. If you print tons of pages this is your best option, I spent hours with hp support team prior to purchase this one, understanding cost per page. It also prints at very good speed, and double sided.

Perfect home B/W network duplex laser printer
I bought this to replace my aging but beloved and well used HP LJ2100. I wanted something with roughly the same dimensions but that also did duplex printing natively and had built-in Ethernet. This printer delivered flawlessly. It was easy to even set my iPad to print to it. Easy to configure. I've had this printer for over 2 years now and it's still great. I don't print a bunch, so I'm still on my original toner cartridge, but am using the Economode setting to save on toner since I don't print graphics much. Very fast. One thing that I can't fault the printer on exactly, is when I'm printing from the manual tray, depending on which application I'm in it will either print on the top of the sheet or the bottom, and it's kind of a gamble which one it will be. Highly recommended.
