A: The computer has 1 m.2 slot for storage and two RAM slots. They're both currently filled, but the computer can be upgraded up to 64 gigabytes by replacing the RAM modules with ones with a higher capacity.
Q: Why doesn't the image show the four zone rgb keyboard lighting?
A: Because this laptop doesn’t have it!! It has one color… white. The Best Buy specs say it has quad zone… HP rep says it has quad zone. Both wrong and false advertising.
