- A:Answer Based on the maintenance and service guide https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/omen-16.1-inch-gaming-laptop-pc-16-b0000/2100371510/manuals, it looks like it depends on keyboard configuration. I would assume that since this particular model shows the numpad keyboard that it is included for the one Best Buy is selling.

- A:Answer Seems like it comes with only 70 Wh 4-cell battery. Same config with 83 Wh 6-cell would have a serial number of 16-b0007TX

Q: QuestionDoes both this laptop and the 300hz version have a mux switch and should i get this laptop or the asus g15 with rtx 3060?

- A:Answer Effectively, it does have a MUX switch-the integrated graphics are automatically disabled because the RTX 3060 card is installed. And Asus makes good computers, but since I'm actually with HP I really can't recommend one of theirs over the Omen.
