A: Uhg! I feel your pain. 2 hours on the phone with Best Buy just to figure out they are using a different computer in their photos. I too bought this one because I wanted the mini SD card slot! Phone call(s) were a nightmare. I was told I could return it or buy a separate reader that I could plug into the USB port. What a hassle to return an electronic, especially when it’s no fault of your own. The specs of this computer show it does not come with the micro chip reader. So sorry for your inconvenience.

The 14m-dy0033dx is an older model (Spring 2021) has a 45-watt adapter (65 watt adapter on the dy-1033), and an Intel® Core™ i5-1135G7 (up to 4.2 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology) processor - slightly slower than the 1033's processor (Intel® Core™ i5-1155G7 (up to 4.5 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology). The dy1033 is a tad smaller, at 32.2 x 20.9 x 1.99 cm, vs. the dy0033's dimensions of 32.2 x 20.9 x 2.06 cm.
