A: If you open the back of the case, you can trace the wire coming out of the fan to a little back box mounted to the back of the case. It will be a thin wire with a capped, 3-hole connector on it, and you have to plug it into the matching 3 pins on the box.
A: Same thing happened to me, take off the side of the computer, not the glass side, and find either a 3 or 4 pinned wire and plug it in and it should work!

A: I would recommend taking out the ram that it comes with. It uses one that is hard to get online, and expensive too. I would recommend getting a CORSAIR brand 16GB ram and putting it in there. Be careful when putting it in, since if you put it in wrong, you might burn the ram.
