Q: how can i connect my phone to the tv i plug it in an its not working? i have a LG stylo 5
A: Because the LG Stylo 5 does not support DP alt-mode which is when the phone supports video/display via the USB-C port, you will not be able to obtain video/display using the JCA379. Instead, we recommend exchanging the JCA379 for the JUA165C and that will work for you.
