Q: Do you need a seperate app for this bluetooth to read your messages?
A: It depends on what you are connecting it to, but most things you should just be able to discover it and link it to the device.
Q: Can the ESR clip be replaced, mine broke
A: Yes, it can be replaced.
Q: Fully charge Bluetooth then didn’t use. In 24 hrs needed another charge. Why?
A: Sometimes u have to turn off the jabra if your not using it because if it is still connected to your phone every time you receive emails,notifications or texts the jabra is detecting that so the light blinks off and on which causes the ear peice to lose power.
Q: Does this bluetooth tell you who is calling you ?
A: No, this one doesn't. The Jabra Extreme does. But that one goes in the ear. I have both.
A: If your computer has bluetooth capabilities you should be able to use it, otherwise you will need a dongle that creates a bluetooth connection.
A: check your volume settings on your phone. mine is very loud
