Q: Can wireless headset be used with a PC?
A: Yes, you can :) The Go Work Pop can connect wirelessly via Bluetooth.
Q: Does this works with Cisco Jabber soft phone?
A: While JLab doesn't explicitly list Cisco Jabber compatibility for the GO Work Pop Wireless headset, there's a good chance it could work. Here's why: Reasons for potential compatibility: Bluetooth Connectivity: The GO Work Pop Wireless connects via Bluetooth, which is widely supported by softphones like Cisco Jabber. Microphone and Audio Playback: JLab headsets generally boast clear microphones and decent audio quality, essential for softphone calls. User Reports: Some online reports indicate successful use of the GO Work Pop Wireless with Cisco Jabber, though experiences may vary.
Q: Can I connect it to my iPhone for zoom meetings?
A: Hi, Yes, you can connect to your iPhone for calls and videochat as well. You can use either earbud independently or use both together as each bud has its own microphone!
Q: Can you use this headset while connected to usb instead of Bluetooth?
A: This headset is Bluetooth only. Cannot be connected using USB cable. The USB-mini cable that comes with the headset is. Charging cable only. It’s too short for any other use.
Q: Can I connect to a Samsung TV Blue tooth app for the sound on the TV
A: Our products are primarily designed for mobile devices, PCs, and Macs; therefore, you might encounter issues when connecting the buds to a Smart TV. They can connect to any device that supports Bluetooth. However, due to the vast number of Smart TVs available, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all models.
A: Yes, the JLab GO Work Pop Wireless On-Ear Headset is designed to be used for both work calls on a PC or laptop and mobile phone calls. It features a noise-canceling MEMS microphone that filters out background noise to ensure your voice is clear during calls.
A: No. At least that I’ve been able to determine and haven’t seen much on them other than how to connect them with Bluetooth. If using a third party audio booster/equalizer, you may be able to use that to adjust individual L/R channel volume levels. Hope this is of some help. I bought two headphones mostly for the long use time. When one is low on power, I switch tobthe other headset. The low powered one is then fully charged again before the one currently in use is low on piwere and I repeat the swith when it is low on piwr. Am always able to continue listening to music or videos and live feeds with only a short interruption when swapping out headsets. Haven’t used the boom mic yet. Don’t do much if any dictation or audio notes on even any video chats as yetto see how well they work.
Q: How do I mute mic when I'm online gaming ?
A: Push the sound boom microphone upwards

Sound quality is better. Bluetooth connection to my Fold5 is very strong. Range is good. Others hear me very well. Light weight. Battery lasts for 20+ hours easily. Good for long calls. Does not hurt the ears. Light weight

The JLab GO Work Pop is a good option for anyone looking for an affordable, reliable, and relatively comfortable headset. It has a modern design with a reasonably comfortable fit, and it delivers clear sound quality. The headband doesn’t have any additional padding on top, which would have added to the comfort. The fabric ear pads could definitely use a bit more cushion as well. The microphone is also decent, and it does a great job of picking up your voice in louder environments. I used this microphone in both Webex and Teams with no issues and paired it with my MacBook Pro without a problem. Battery life lasted me throughout my workday and is advertised at about 50 hours. I had no connection issues until I stepped well out of Bluetooth range when going to my garage for a soda. The sound quality was okay, but listening to music definitely demonstrated that this headset is better suited for meetings, spoken word, and audiobooks. There is a distinct lack of bass and the sound is a bit hollow. Please choose something else if you want to really get into music while working and having meetings. The “Music” mode setting did nothing to help its sound in my opinion. Overall, the JLab Go Work Pop is a budget-friendly headset that delivers everything a person would expect and maybe even a little more than it should for the price. I recommend this headset to anyone who doesn’t want to spend a lot but wants to feel like they did. Here’s a quick pros and cons list of the headset: Pros: Clear sound quality Fabric ear pads stay nice and cool Good microphone performance Long battery life Affordable USB-C charging Cons: The headset can be a bit tight on the ears Ear pads could be better padded. The headband would benefit from some padding as well. The microphone can pick up some background noise
