A: Yes there is a wash arm for the third rack. It is tight. We only use it for lids or a long knife. What ever you use it for it can't be higher than the top of the rack.
Q: When is this item actually in stock at any Best Buy store?
A: It is special ordered but available within a very short period of time. I would not be deterred by them not having it in the store inventory.
