very nice mixer and in a beautiful color, comes with the 3 basic attachments so great for beginners and will do most of your needs without needing to buy other specialized attachments unless you are very into cooking everything from scratch

I am absolutely in love with my new mixer! Not only is the color absolutely gorgeous but I have such a fun time using this mixer. I recently bought a new home and have always wanted of these. So I finally purchased one for my new kitchen. And I am SO happy that I did. The mixer itself is very heavy, along with the glass bowl, so be careful when you move it and to make sure the top is in the "locked" position so it doesn't open and you get a surprise. Don't put the attachments in the dishwasher, it is better to just hand wash them so there is no confusion and risk of damage. I have made so many bagels, biscuits, and cinnamon rolls I have probably gained some weight! So, for that I should take off one star but I won't because that is more of a personal problem (haha) There are a different number of speeds and honestly you only have to scrape the bowl 1-2 times if at all to make sure all of the ingredients blend together. By far the best mixer I've ever had.

Ok so this is my first kitchen aid stand mixer And I have to say, I don't know how I've managed all these years Without one!! This mixer had helped me prepare several things so far with thousands more on the list, And I Love It!! It freezes up both my hands to allow me to be working on something else while still mixing, with the scraper blade you only need to stop and scrap every once in awhile instead of scraping non stop with a hand mixer. Etc... This will insane me to prepare Divinity without the help of another person pouring while I mix, The list just goes on and on! I can't wait to mix up some dough bread with the hook. Ohh and also using a hand mixer my cheese balls never came out Soo smooth unless I kneed it all by hand, No More my kitchen aid Really takes the work out of making smooth batters..I just Love it!!

When I first purchased my stand mixer I wondered how often I would use it and whether it was worth the cost. Well--it has only been a month but I use my mixer at least twice a week. For instance, I have used it to make meatballs, mashed potatoes, shredded chicken, cinnamon rolls and icing to go with it, and several different types of cookies. I can say that my cookies have never come out better but the bowl does have to be scraped several times during the mixing process. I also recommend buying a secondary non-glass bowl (I brought a ceramic one) because the glass bowl tends to jump when it is not aligned properly or while the machine is trying to knead dough. Oh and the dough likes to creep up the dough hook during the kneading process. I should also point out that my mixer does struggle a little bit when it comes to kneading dough. Nevertheless, I am very happy with my purchase so far. I believe that I bought the right stand mixer since I rarely bake bread but I love baking a lot of other sweets.

So I needed a new hobby and decided on cooking/baking. This was my first "serious" purchase towards that end, and I've been loving it! Product is solid and does exactly what's advertised. I've had it about three months and have used it about two dozen times. There have been no issues at all. Pizza doughs, pies, cookies, brownies, bread, gyro, etc... It bought this during a great sale but would have bought at regular prices. It is very much worth it and makes cooking fun. It also makes an ordinary kitchen look like more than what it is. If you are looking for a stand mixer, this is a wise choice. It deserves a five star rating, but it's only been three months, so four it is! P.S. Got the antique copper.. Classic unique look, which works well in any environment.

This is the best appliance I own. It’s beautiful and works well. I feel as if I could cook and bake anything without fail. It’s powerful and the glass bowl was the best choice for me. Although the bowl is very heavy when cleaning, that’s one of the features I love most about it for mixing. It feels safer. I intend to treasure this piece for years to come.

This mixer not only looks great in my modern kitchen (It's all black and white with stainless appliances, so this is a pop of color), but it's also something I use a couple times a week. It's powerful and easy to use. I did ruin the beater blade that came with it by washing in the dishwasher, though, so be careful about that if you have the metal tools that come with it instead of the plastic white ones.
