The P25 cooler comes with a 12v power cord to plug the cooler into 12 volts in a vehicle. The AC power adapter is an optional accessory.
Q: Can you also put ice packs in this while it is on?
A: You may use ice packs or ice in a sealed bag or container to assist the cooling or cool down the unit faster and maintain cooling if the cooler is uplugged from the vehicle or the optional ac adapter.
