A: I just received this laptop. I had the same questions. I can confirm that mine was brand new (sealed). It came exactly as described. I could not find a similarly speced laptop from Lenovo. that lead me (as well as others) to think it was refurb. The laptop was delivered early and on time from Fedex. Fedex has never in my experience done that in my area. Minus the non-existant communication from ANTONLINE, this was a good transaction and a good deal.

Beefy Gaming Machine
So far I'm pleased with the Lenovo! It has proven powerful to run most games while being budget friendly during sales! I can see why it was recommended by many buyers and reviwers! Though heavy use with kill the batteries so have your ac power supply on hand.
