  • Features
    • Hard Food Disposer: false (This feature has blades to chop and disintegrate hard food particles, making them small enough to easily drain away. This prevents them from being recirculated back onto dishware and allows for easy maintenance.)
    • Drying Method: Condenser drying (Appliances that use heat to dry the dishes will include a heating element or minerals which transform moisture into heat. A fan or vent then circulates the hot dry air throughout the tub during the drying cycle. This may reduce drying time and the risk of water spots. Appliances that use minerals to produce heat are considered more energy efficient than those that include a heating element. Appliances that use condensation drying are considered more energy efficient than those that use heated drying. Instead, high temperature water is produced during the final rinse cycle which warms the interior and eventually condensates and drains out of the machine.)

Post-dinner party cleanup? Let your LG dishwasher do the heavy lifting. LG QuadWash provides maximum cleaning coverage, making it easier to get your dishes clean, and with TrueSteam technology, you get up to 60% less water spots. The glide rail keeps the upper rack on track, while the ball-bearing wheel provides a smooth lower rack glide for easier loading and unloading. Need more room? No problem. The EasyRack Plus system and height-adjustable 3rd rack provide the flexibility you need to fit more dishes.

  • Dynamic Dry Enhanced with TrueSteam: Heat generated during the final rinse combined with the cooler walls of the tub turn moist air into water droplets that drain away. Dishes dry without using extra energy or extending drying cycles.

Q: Are the controls visible when the dishwasher door is closed?

A: Hi jsc777. Top control dishwashers have the controls on the top of the door, not visible from the front when the door is closed so the controls for the LG 24" Top Control Built-In Smart WiFi-Enabled Dishwasher with Steam, 3rd Rack and Stainless Steel Tub - PrintProof™ Stainless Steel, Model # LDP7808SS will not be visible when the door is closed...^IFV

Q: I ordered Model LDT7808SS with a towel bar but I don't see that model advertised. I see the similar model LDP7808SS with a pocket and the Black Stainless Steel. Does LDT7808SS come in SS with a towel bar? Im OK with the pocket but not Black SS.

A: Model LDT7808SS does not list a towel bar in the specifications. Are you referring to the Door Handle? https://www.lg.com/us/support/products/documents/LDT7808-Spec-Sheet.pdf. Please see the product page for more information, https://www.lg.com/us/dishwashers/lg-LDT7808SS-top-control-dishwasher. ^Daphane

Q: Is there lights on the front for indication of operation

A: Yes. They are easy enough to see but not so bright or large that they’re obnoxious. They’re a light green color. When they dishwasher cycle is complete, the center light stays light green and the top panel reads, “End” until the door is opened for a period of time (assuming someone opened it and emptied it). There are no lights illuminated when it is not running.

Q: What are the smart phone apps that are compatible with this dish washer

A: LG ThinQ is the app we use. I like to receive a notification when the dishwasher cycle is complete so it’s simple to use LG’s app for that.

Q: the specs indicates that the height of the dishwasher is 33 3/5" high. Does the washer have adjustable legs to make it lower?

A: Yes. It has adjustable legs in front with two different methods of adjustment, plus a single screw under the front that adjusts the back legs once you have it slid into place so you can level it after it is under the counter.

Q: Does the dishwasher have a permanent 10 year warranty sign on the right hand front of the dishwasher as shown in the image of the dishwasher? Or is that just a removable sticker?

A: It’s permanent. It bugs me, but after having another unit for six months and sitting on the edge of my seat to get rid off it, because I’m so used to having a really great unit that actually gets everything clean the first time, I’m getting used to it. Friends say they “hardly notice it” or “wouldn’t have paid any attention to it if [I] hadn’t pointed it out. It’s totally worth it!
