If you mean that the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 4.5 cu.ft. Capacity Top Load Washer with Front Control Design, Model # WT1150CW is not draining check to see if there is an error code showing on the display. An "OE" error code indicates that your washer is experiencing an issue with draining. The error will display if your washer is unable to drain the water for 13 minutes. Pull the washer away from the wall far enough to check that the drain hose is not bent, or has become pinched between the back of the washer and the wall. After you have inspected the drain hose, perform a SPIN ONLY cycle to see if the drain issue is resolved. The SPIN ONLY cycle should attempt to drain any remaining water that is inside the tub. If the 'OE' code re-appears, your washer will require a repair service.
