A: Yes, I had a problem with a burn issue on my 55 in OLED tv. I like listening to the music channels and now I have a burn problem on my tv

A: Hi Dale. Every TV will play video content at its native resolution. The LG B8PUA 4K HDR Smart OLED TV w/ AI ThinQ® - 55" Class (54.6" Diag), Model # OLED55B8PUA is a 10-bit panel and has a resolution of 3840 x 2160 (i.e. a native resolution of 2160p). When presented with video content that has a lower resolution, the built-in 4K Upscaler in the TV will upconvert those lower resolutions to its native resolution or as close as it can get it provided the signal has enough data. The resultant picture should be sharper, and more detailed than it would on a similarly-performing 1080p TV if you are sitting close enough, but there are many other factors that could affect that. 1080p and 720p content are never going to look as good as the best 4K content. It's just not possible...^IFV
Q: What is the native refresh rate?
A: OLED's have a native 120 Hertz panel and have a refresh rate of as low as 0.001 ms which for reference is around 1,000 times faster than a standard LED/LCD panel. ^CP
