Q: When will Logitech make the left click wider
A: Hello Anonymous! That really depends on the product. We do have other mice in our Logitech G lineup with wider left and right click buttons (like the Pro X Superlight or the G703 in example), but mice with a lot of customizable buttons (like the G502X PLUS LIGHTSPEED Wireless Gaming Mouse with HERO 25K Sensor) will take some space on the mouse, in this case the 2 DPI Cycle buttons to the left side of the left click buttons. - Mathieu from Logitech
Q: why does your site advertise this as 33 feet wireless range when the paper in the box says 6.5 feet?
A: The advertised 33‑foot (10‑meter) range is correct — that’s the maximum capability of Logitech’s LIGHTSPEED wireless technology. The 6.5‑foot figure printed in the box is a conservative guideline for optimal performance in competitive gaming environments, where minimizing interference and latency is critical.
Q: Can RGB lights be turned off? So that they are always off by default.

Q: What is the content of the box?
A: Mouse itself, a usb C cable, and a magnetic switch to swap out the sniper mode button. The box is missing the additional weight bits that were previous sold with G502 Lightspeed
Q: Is this mouse better than the razer basilisk v3 pro?
A: I believe they are comparable honestly. I got this mouse for the extra 4 button 5 if you remap the dpi shift button to be something else. I wanted to get the basilisk v3 but ultimately I went with this one for the reason I mentioned before.
Q: Are the 2 extra buttons on the left click very usefull?
A: Yes very useful. Can macro script your mouse using the logitech app.

Its great! But...
Pros: -the cursor speed selections are great! -momentary switch to limit the speed of the cursor for precise movements when needed. This is a nice feature -selection of LED colors/presets. Awesome! -scroll wheel is selectable normal/unlimited scroll. Sweet! -powerplay ready: amazing! Cons: -the scroll wheel selector button feels cheap (especially the price). best comparison is "like selecting a gear a manual transmission car". This is highly noticeable if you are constantly using the feature. Pressing the selector to activate, you can feel mechanical parts inside the mouse fighting eachother, possibly causing premature wear. Comments: This is a great mouse, pricey but it stands apart from the standard. I know it ia tailored to gaming, but such a small thing like the button feel (and I'll repeat, feels like "mechanical parts... fighting eachother") really takes away from the premuim feel of this mouse. Its a button that will be used a fraction of the times as all other buttons on that mouse, but it should work smoothly.

Great Upgrade for Game Development!
Helluva upgrade from my older Logitech MX Master 3S. Doing game development on tactical shooters is a lot nicer with significantly more responsive mouse buttons! Software for assigning buttons took a minute to figure out with no instructions ... but it was intuitive enough after a little digging.

Top-Tier Gaming Mouse
This mouse is fantastic! The HERO 25K sensor is extremely accurate, and the LIGHTSPEED wireless connection is just as fast and reliable as wired. I use it for Hearthstone and World of Warcraft, and the customizable buttons make gameplay so much smoother. The RGB lighting looks great, the mouse feels comfortable even in long sessions, and the battery life is impressive.
