Q: Are the key caps removable? If so, can the keycaps be switched out for different ones as well as the switches?

A: Hello Veronica. The keycaps on the K845 are removable, but the switches are not. There are 5 different switch types available for the K845: Red (linear), Blue (clicky), Brown (tactile), MX Cherry Red, and MX Cherry Blue.

Q: Is this keyboard compatible with MAC OS? Does it require a driver to map the command key on mac os?

A: It does have the CMD keys. In fact it has all the keys needed for a Mac OS Keyboard, they are just labeled differently. The CMB key in this case is the Windows Logo key.

Q: My keyboard keeps restarting, or crashing. The lights go blank and then re-illuminate streaming from top to bottom. What can I do? I have tried unplugging and plugging it back in. Continues to have the same behavior.

A: You could try holding FN while pressing F12. This lets you choose between a few different illumination settings. If that's truly what's happening with your keyboard, then it's not a problem. Otherwise, return it. I believe it has a year's warranty.

Q: Does this work with Macbook Pro 2020 with USB to type C converter?

A: Hello. Yes, the K845 will work with the MacBook Pro. It has the Windows specific keys, so the Windows key on the keyboard will be your CMD key for shortcuts.

Q: The keyboard is missing N. Many times I have to press twice for the N key to work. It used to be the space bar and P before.

A: Hello, Storage! Unfortunately, the K845 does not support onboard memory. If you are looking for a keyboard that has different stored profiles, I would recommend taking a look at our G815, G915, or G915TKL as these are our keyboards with onboard memory. - Maggie from Logitech

Q: Does anyone know the length of the tab, caps, left shift, right shift, space, backspace, \|, enter, ctrl, windows, alt, fn, numpad +, enter, 0 buttons? I want to replace the keycapset because the original ones sound too clacky.
