Logitech ALWAYS delivers! Unifying software = : D

Me being the frugal shopper that it's just in my nature to be, I've often found myself looking at many electronics and wondering, "is it REALLY worth THAT much?!?". And just about every time I've gone ahead and gotten a Logitech product (often once they're on sale), Logitech has proven to me, without a doubt, that yes, it really is. And with this mouse, it's no different.
When I initially upgraded my desktop's keyboard to a wireless Logitech K250 and saw that it has unifying software which my Logitech V220 mouse wasn't compatible with, I wanted, then and there, to treat myself to a mouse that uses Logitech's unifying software. But I didn't; I tried to be good, and wait until I got a good deal on one... So now, here I am.
I've had this mouse for just about two weeks now, and I LOVE IT! It's sleek, slightly smaller than my V220 was but still very comfortable in-hand, and, since this model uses Logitech's unifying software, it doesn't take up one of my system's USB ports. It's not "clicky" sounding like my V220 was, and it slides smoothly and easily over any surface I've moused over. I'm also using this on a desktop system, so it's not restricted to "laptop only" usage. I simply had to add a USB extension cable and a USB hub to ensure that the IR signal didn't have to travel overly far... Add to that the fact that this model is designed with an internal slot to hold that unused dongle, and I really couldn't ask for more from my mouse!
This mouse normally retails for between about twenty five and thirty bucks, but Best Buy currently has a sale running on it where it's about half price, and about fifteen bucks. At that price, you'd be crazy not to snap one up if you've already got the unifying software running on your system!

This Logitech mouse can't be beat for the price. I bought it on sale, and it's a great little mouse that I use on a daily basis. The on/off switch is nice to save battery life while not in use for long periods. I purchased other mouses(mice) in this category / price and they just did not fit right in my hand or were clunky. I would highly recommend this mouse.

The wireless mouse works great. I have been using for several weeks for my desktop as the original mouse cord was too short. I have not had to change batteries yet and mouse has great reaction when I move it or click buttons.

Bought this (on sale) as a backup for my current laptop mouse. It's small enough to fit in my laptop case and carry with me, yet big enough to be comfortable in use. I think it would even be acceptable as my desktop mouse if I didn't already have one for there, too. Although it might be considered a little small for that, not everyone has a huge desk. Left or right hand use. Dongle fits inside battery compartment. On/off switch on the bottom to save battery life. Well designed and comfortable to hold.

I bought one of these when I bought by new lap top in March 2012 and made multiple trips to China, Dallas, Memphis and others and it went ever were with me and only replaced the batteries once and used it virtually daily. Went on vacation this year I thought I lost it. Order the exact same one again because it works so well for me and then found the old one . Now both me and my wife use one. She never uses a mouse, always the pad and now she does't know why she didn't do this sooner

This a a great traveling mouse; works well with laptop - no issues. It's basic, but most people don't really use those 'extra' buttons anyway. Seems fairly rugged; switches and buttons are sturdy enough when carrying about and the receiver stores neatly in the battery compartment. Since it's meant for traveling/laptop, the size may feel small if you have really large hands, but most women seem to find it just about right. The battery doesn't last a long time, but AA is inexpensive and always available and easy to use a rechargeable to be green. Great deal from Best Buy; don't think I've ever had a $10 mouse this good before.
