I had 4 TVs installed via geek squad. 3 were Wall mounts and one was cabinet mounted. The wall mounted TVs were crooked. I contacted the geek squad installer, who didn’t return my call. I contacted his supervisor and spoke to him. He stated the installer would contact me the next day. He also stated he would email me directions on how to straighten out the TV ... both of which never happened. It’s a bit daunting to try and doing this myself (65” TVs), without knowing if I’m going to damage the mounts, drywall, or TVs (2 were full articulating and 1 was a tilt). Quite disappointing.

The Geek Squad went above and beyond to accommodate me. They had to rent a 4WD vehicle to get to my home due to snow and ice. They spent most of the day installing several TV's, wall mounts, DVD players, surround speakers. Great, clean job. Gave me instructions on the use of the remotes and adjustment of TV wall mounts. Could not be happier. Been their customer for over 10 years.

The technicians were excellent!! The we're on time and called first. The were very familiar with all the the existing audio-video equipment and wiring. Basically, they were magic.
