A: My wife reset her whole system from "Googling" - it worked in getting the keyboard to work. But was a pain. This is a Geek Squad question. I'm about to take my older Surface Pto 7 & keyboard are having difficulty keeping connected - hook unhook, reboot. Etc. Nothing helps. It works sometimes, other not at all.
