A: The Philippines
Q: Can more radios be added to the frequency? I am in a warehouse with 7 radios needed.
A: Hello! Yes, we recommend the Midland Radio BizTalk BR200 or the BizTalk BR200X6BGC (6 pack) which are created specifically for warehouse use and can both be found at Best Buy!
A: This will extend the life span of the batteries and we recommend that you take them out while not in use. Depending on the usage batteries need to be replaced around 9-12 months.
Q: Can I adjust the frequency to pair it with one from another brand that works in the same range?
A: The frequency cannot be adjusted on these radios; however, they should be compatible with other FRS radios operating in the same range if the settings are the same.
Q: How much does the required FCC license cost?
A: The GMRS license through the FCC is $35 and lasts for 10 years. Feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any further questions about licensing or Midland products.
