Q: Does this come with a warranty?

A: Absolutely. Mophie products come with a 2 year warranty from date of purchase. Although, if you have a problem with your juice pack, you will need to send it back to them before they send the replacement.

Q: Does this come with an auxiliary cord so you can listen to music through your car speakers? Or is there one adaptable to the case that you can purchase separate?

A: The juice pack will not pass the headphone audio signal from the iPhone out through its micro-USB connector, and cannot be used with an adapter. We recommend using Bluetooth® headphones.

Q: why does the mophie case charger only give me 50% more battery no matter how low my battery is at, 40% battery goes to 80-90%, 30% battery goes to 70 to 80% in the case, any reason why????

A: I've been using this case for several months and have had slightly better results than you report. I don't get a full charge from 10 to 100% but I usually see at least a 70% increase in battery depending on use while charging. The biggest reason you're not getting to 100% is that the battery in this case (2525 mAh capacity) is smaller than the battery in the iPhone 7+ (2,900 mAh capacity). This means that best case scenario, if 100% of that stored energy is transferred, you'll see an 87% increase in battery. Realistically, you're only going to see close to that if you turn your phone off and don't use it while it's charging, and that's assuming the battery case can still hold that full charge and nothing is lost in the transfer. As it's charging with the phone still powered on, the battery continues to deplete, so it may actually be giving you that 80% increase, but you may be using 30% of your battery during the charge time. (You could test this out yourself by depleting your battery to 5-10%, turning off your phone, letting the case charge it fully, and then turning the phone back on to view the results.) If your primary need is battery life, I would look into something with a larger battery or consider carrying a power bank which you can easily get 12,000+ mAh (3+ full charges) without breaking the bank (no pun intended). Personally, the extra 70% or so I get from the case is enough to get me through most any day of fairly heavy usage. The ease of wireless charging also makes sure it gets topped off regularly as well.

Q: Seriously I feel really stupid right now. How do you work this thing? It won't charge my phone??

A: The battery pack will charge the device if you hold it down for about 3 seconds. A single tap just shows the batteries life

Q: Mophies Website advertises "Charge Force" technology for the iphone 7 Plus, but the Best Buy website does not mention this feature. does this iphone 7 plus version have the charge fore technology built into it?

A: Yes the charge is built into the case

Q: Does the charger come with the case?

A: It does come with a charging cable (a short one), but you also need a usb wall adapter. The iPhone wall adapter won't work well. You need one that is at a minimum of 2.0 for the case to charge properly.

Q: Can you charge this mophie case with a wireless charger or is it only a cord

A: You can charge this case through cable and wirelessly.

Q: Can i use my iphone earphones (wired) on this case while its charging my phone?

A: no there is no place for wired earphones.
