I bought this DVD player for my parents. Sometimes electronics can have too many buttons and features that are confusing. Sometimes I even get confused with all the buttons. This DVD player is very simple to operate and easy to explain it's operation and use. At about 25.00 bucks total price and free shipping, you can't go wrong with this DVD player. Hook-up was breeze and everything is included except the remote batteries.

The first one sent was defective. I called Best Buy and their customer service representative was incredible. She sent a replacement within 3 days and supplied me with the prepaid return label. The next one arrive and it was flawless. I have to say that not only was I satisfied with the player, but Best Buys service is above most of the rest.

The Battery works good and the price was the cheapest i could find around. The Laptop was charged within a hour

Refurbished seems to be hit or miss; this time a miss. Just bought it, got it out of the box to set up-broken. Not happy!
