Q: Is this a voice command call unit rather than cell phone dialed call?
A: Hello! Our Voyager 104 headset features access to your phone's voice assistant, you can place a call with the cell phone as usual or by activating the voice assistant on your phone (with the press of a button on your headset) and speaking your command. Q: Does this headset use voice commands to answer the phone like the other Plantronics handsets?
A: No its not .
A: Check the USB port on the headset. Mine chipped and had to sent out for a replacement.
A: Hi David! Yes, you should be able to charge it through a regular USB port or any USB AC wall adapter. As for Non-USB AC Power adapters, we recommend using 5 volt chargers. It takes up to 2 hours to fully charge your headphones. The LED turns off once charging is complete. TIP To check the battery status, press the power button towards the Bluetooth button while wearing your headphones and not on a call.
