A: No, this case doesn't have military specs of any kind. The case itself is ok, but the belt clip is one of the worst pieces of junk I've ever bought from anywhere much less best buy. I have bought this series of cases from them for other devices and haven't had issues with the clip for 8 to 12 months in. The first clip broke in less than a month, I had to order another one and literally the first day I used it, it broke. Now on my third clip and guess what...... It broke again, now I don't work in construction or a highly physical or tough environment. I work in an office so there should be no excuse other than very cheap materials being sold by bestbuy. Don't buy this product.
A: I understand what you are talking about on this case. The trick is to press down on the arrow on the back of the case (right above the stand) while squeezing the sides of the case above the seam; pull down on the smaller part of the case that has the arrow on it.
Q: doe this case have to be registered to receive the 1 year warranty
A: Just keep your Best Buy receipt. If you have problems with the case, take it to Best Buy and that will exchange it for you. I have had to do this a couple times over the years and never had an issue. Pretty great!
Q: Will phone charge wirelessly with this case on, some sites say metal (kickstand) may interfere
A: I have not tried it yet. The case none the less is awesome and feels ncreible. It has a small hook to pull out in back to make the phone stand. There are only certain cases that will charge with the phone in a case. The case has awesome bumper protection.
