Short Answer: No it is not compatible with Windows ink which is just Windows new pen support as the old Surface's had lousy pen support. Win Ink compatibility must be stated. Long Answer: It's pretty cool though and is slowly trickling down to lower end tablets. Just because it is Windows 10 compatible does not mean it will run every Windows program. Win Ink must be built into the display and hardware. Yes you can use One Note and draw with your finger pretty well. You can try a stylus but i have not had much luck with them compared to just zooming in to draw fine points if needed with finger. If a tablet or 2/1 says pen/stylus support it does and usually comes with the one that works with it, if not... . All of the the all in ones do I believe. Good new is your really don't need it unless you are an architect (Autodesk Autocad etc.), artist (Adobe illustrator, Photoshop etc.) Again, both One Note and non ms great product PDF Annotator draw very well with fingers. Finally I use PDF Annotator for annotating music compositions.
