- Answer Yes, It does have Windows Installed and Other Microsoft Tools, I purchased this computer to complete basic school work and to game as well. I have now used this computer for two months and haven't needed to buy any other futures to support a document or excel spreadsheet. In the future if I need to buy a Microsoft Package, I can do so and it will automatic download for ease of use
