- Answer Bluetooth version is 5.2 on this laptop. We have not tested a wireless xbox controller but if it connects via Bluetooth it should work fine.

- Answer This laptop uses a standard barrel jack for charging using the included 135W AC adapter; the max wattage of the GPU is 75W. The USB-C does not support Thunderbolt.

- Answer When unplugged, your laptop automatically throttles the processor to extend battery life, resulting in lower performance. You might try tweaking the battery/power settings but expect lower battery life.

- Answer The manufacturer's warranty is a domestic warranty good in the country of purchase. These laptops do have an International Travelers Warranty that applies to genuine travelers only. Our customers who live outside North America and need warranty service will ship the laptop to the US repair location. Once repaired we can ship it back to a US address and they usually provide a friend or family members contact information, address and phone for us to return after repair. Once received the family member/friend ships the laptop to the owner. You can go to our website under Support to book a repair online, or you can contact Chat Support for help with this as well.

- Answer The Acer OFFICIAL stance is that there are two NVMe connections, capable of using a maximum 1TB SSD in each, for 2TB total. However, note that companies have to be conservative when stating specs, since legally they are responsible for this (Google "mcdonald's hot coffee lawsuit" for a comparison). Real-world experience of some users may far exceed this, though no ONE person is guaranteed of higher specs. I suggest you search various bulletin boards and SSD manufacturers for other possibilities.

- Answer "Deal of the Day" are on sale for 24 hours minimum, starting at 1:00 AM. Often (but not always), this is extended to a "few" days, but I don't think it goes up to a full week. So you have a little while to comparison shop, checking compatibility with different games, reviews, etc., but I wouldn't wait too long if you are seriously interested, otherwise you will have to wait for the next time it goes on sale, pay more, settle for an inferior unit at your price point, etc. At worst, if you are unhappy with it, you have a window to return it.

- Answer Ahh, an interesting question. How rare. Usually people just ask for the information that is already on the web page. A hub that also duplicates the power button is a very specific function, as it is not what hubs are really for, so it is generally only made by the company that makes the specific computer you have. In this case, what you need is the "Acer USB Type-C Dock II." I took a quick look and don't think Best Buy sells it, but you might be able to get it special ordered, and you definitely should be able to get one at the Acer website.
