- Answer Not sure about the warranty. It will work in Turkey with a travel plug adapter. You don't need a 110-220v transformer.

QuestionPurchased alienware laptop yesterday and tried to install the tobii eye tracker. I cannot get the face recognition to work or the eyetracker. Can u help?

- Answer Try Windows+S to bring up search. Type face recognition and it should show " Set up face Sign In" Make sure it is in a well lit room and look directly at camera. Hope that helps

QuestionWhat is the average battery life on this when not gaming and just working on things like web browsing and Word?

- Answer The battery is probably the best feature of this PC. I game on mine, and I've never come close to running it down. It has lasted an entire day unplugged. If you enable the battery saving features I have no doubt you could use it non-stop for 8 hours no problem. Without battery saving, at least 5 hours. When I take mine to work, I don't even bother taking the charger... because it's huge and I won't need it.

QuestionWhat is the interface for additional M.2? PCI-E x4 or SATA III?

- Answer The interfaces are both. I removed the packaged M.2 sata SanDisk ssd and replaced it with an m.2 nvme samsung 960 pro. The only limitation is the 3rd m.2 slot is half size (2240 if I remember correctly) as opposed to slots 1&2 which are full size.

- Answer Yes the Alienware 17x R4 will be able to run those game on ultra settings hitting at least 100 fps. So it will run those games incredibly well. The screen is 17 inches.

- Answer Yes it does include the one your premium though Alienware service my thought is to get the Alienware extended warranty due to the fact that alien where are the creators of this laptop this is not a traditional down laptop this is not a traditional laptop that Best Buy really services

- Answer Although I am not sure what you mean by that, it does come with a one year parts and labor warranty from Alienware. That is if it does not have physical damage, but a manufacturers defect. Unless you buy geeksquad insurance, you won't get anything above manufacturers warranty.

QuestionI purchased this less than a week ago and I keep getting horizontal lines across the screen. Sometimes they are red and sometimes they are white. They sort of clear away where I put my cursor. I updated all the drivers, but the issue persists.

- Answer Exchange it while you're still in a good window to do so. That is an issue that will not go away on it's own, don't give it time to get worse before taking it back.

- Answer It maxes out at 1920x1080 on a 60hz screen. Sadly a 120hz would have done it more justice. There is no G-Sync on this model.
