- Answer You can input your photos and select some for favorites, or you can put the special grouping of photos you wish to see onto an SD card or USB thumb drive and then have the frame just show photos from the card. For more tip or help contact [email protected].

- Answer Yes. Be sure to use 32GB or smaller SD cards. See the following instructions. IMPORTING PHOTOS TO THE FRAME USING SD OR USB 1. Insert the SD or USB media drive 2. Tap on the Photo App on the home page of the frame 3. Tap on USB or SD (depends on what type of card you inserted) 4. Tap the 3-dotted line at the top right 5. When the menu opens, tap on the open circle icon (this will select all photos on the media card, or you can select them individually) 6. tap on the icon that looks like 2 squares overlapping 7. This will ask you if you wish to import the photos. Hit OK.

QuestionWill I still receive pictures if my frame is shut off???? Is it safe to leave it on all the time ???

- Answer No. If the frame is off the photo will still send from the sender's phone app, but that photo will not arrive until the frame is turned on. However, the photos sent from the app will only stay on the server for 24 hours or so, so they may have to re-send if the frame has been off for too long. You can set an auto on and off time on the frame so that it runs during certain hours.

QuestionDo the jpg files have to be in the root on the SD card or can they be within folders? In what order does the frame show the pictures?\ If an AVI file or MP4 is on the SD card, will the frame play the video?

- Answer Will have to try and answer this but by bit. I tried an SD card after saving video and photos but I couldn’t get it to open or acknowledge the card (had to be user error on my end). But the photos go into the media directory. I tried to add folders in the directory but couldn’t do it. I transferred video and pics. I then op-tested it and it played the video, then it showed the pictures then played the other video I placed into the directory. The order seemed to follow its placement within the directory. My files were MP4 I believe and it played fine.

QuestionIn order to upload new pictures, does the frame and smart phone need to be in the same location? I am looking to keep this at my office. Is Wi-Fi required in order for photos to display? Are USB or Sim cards required and if so will that expand storage?

- Answer Each time you upload from the webpage (from computer to the frame), you’ll have to initiate the button on the frame…however…you download the app and synch it to your phone and you can transfer files straight to the frame without having to initiate the frame.

- Answer Yes, the frame has internal memory. The frame does not have to connected to Wi-Fi in order to view photos already stored in memory.
