- Answer It may. It's a great webcam but I sometimes wonder if facial login on Windows PCs is tied to the internal cam on laptops. However if you have a desktop then this should work. And it may work with laptop too. For additional tips and help contact [email protected].

QuestionThe mic volume on my Aluratek 2K Ultra HD Webcam is very low, especially compared to the built-in mic on my Lenovo. Turning up the level with the OS setttings doesn't make much difference, but there is a signal. Is there any way to boost the mic signal?

- Answer Make sure the noise cancelling function is turned off on the app that you are using.
