QuestionWhen plugging in microwave for the first time, it does not power on. Outlet was just properly installed by electrician and has power but microwave doesn't do anything. Bad microwave or is there something we can troubleshoot?

QuestionHow do you clean the grease that has accumulated underneath that is hard to reach ? Is there a filter than can be rinsed or something else ? Does it have to be unscrewed or am I missing something that’s easier ?
